Student-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days before course start: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before course start: 70% refund
• Cancellations made 1-2 days before course start: 50% refund
• No refund for cancellations after course commencement

Institute-Initiated Cancellations

• Full refund if we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment
• Alternative course options or credit towards future courses
• Reasonable notice will be provided for course cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability

Seekho Training Institute's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
• Students are responsible for their own equipment and internet connectivity
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements
